Extensive Experience
Brewer Homes grew out of Michael’s building experiences. Serving in the building industry for close to 20 years, Michael brings a wealth of experience to your project. From the Area Construction Manager/Site Supervisor for two national builders to the Founder and President of Brewer Homes, Michael has overseen the completion of more than 500 homes and personally worked with hundreds of homeowners. Hands-on experience in all facets of homebuilding—from ground to roof—gives him skills and experience that separate him from the rest.

Michael directs all operations for Brewer Homes. He learned early on that building is not all about the money. “It’s about taking pride in your work and enjoying what you do.” That’s why Michael doesn’t take every job that comes along. He manages his workload to give customers the attention they deserve, attention assuring their full satisfaction.
A man of character and faith, Michael believes trust and integrity are as essential to the building process as a good lot, and quality construction materials. He especially takes pride in his accessibility to clients before, during, and after construction. Michael and his wife, Jennifer, live in Lexington and consider raising their two boys to be the joy of their lives. |
